1. Shipping location and delivery time
    Shipping country: All orders are dispatched from the warehouse in Luxembourg, covering global delivery (with restrictions in some regions).
    Processing time: It takes 15 to 30 working days for order review, packaging and shipment after placing an order (this period may be extended during peak seasons).
    Logistics partners: Cooperate with international logistics companies such as DHL and UPS to ensure the reliability of transportation.
  2. Delivery Scope and Limitations
    Delivery areas: The entire European Union, North America, and major countries in Asia (for specific countries, please refer to the options on the checkout page).
    Restricted areas: Due to customs policy restrictions, some countries (such as Australia and Brazil) may require additional customs clearance fees. Please confirm by email before placing an order.
  3. Freight calculation
    Standard shipping fee: Automatically calculated based on the order weight and destination (displayed in real time on the checkout page).
    Free shipping threshold: Free shipping for orders over €150 in the EU and over €300 in other regions.
  4. Logistics tracking and delay
    Tracking service: Within 72 hours of shipment, you will receive an E-mail with tracking number (contact contact@schorticulture.com for inquiry).
    Delayed handling: In case of delays caused by customs inspection, weather and other factors, we are unable to intervene directly, but we will assist in contacting the logistics provider.
  5. Returns and undelivered packages
    Lost/Damaged: If the package is lost or severely damaged, please provide photo evidence to contact@schorticulture.com within 7 days of arrival and we will issue a replacement or refund.
    Return address: The goods must be returned to the warehouse in Luxembourg (the specific address will be provided by the customer service), and the shipping cost will be borne by the buyer.

Notes:
The customs clearance taxes and fees shall be borne by the buyer. It is recommended to learn about the import policies of your country in advance.
Plant-based tools must comply with the quarantine regulations of the destination. Orders that violate the rules may be destroyed and no refund will be given.
