- Scope of policy application
All sold gardening tools (including but not limited to scissors, shovels, irrigation equipment, etc.) are final sales and no returns or refunds will be accepted.
Customized products (such as engraving tools and products with special specifications) are not eligible for return or exchange by default. - Handling of exceptional cases
If any of the following issues occur, please provide photo or video evidence to contact@schorticulture.com within 48 hours of receipt and we will assist in resolving:
Transportation damage: The product shows obvious damage during delivery (proof of unopened packaging must be provided).
Wrong item sent: The actual received item does not match the order (order number and comparison chart must be provided). - User Notes
Inspection obligation: It is recommended that you check the integrity of the goods on the spot when signing for them. Feedback received after the deadline will not be accepted.
Warranty service: Some tools are covered by a limited warranty (for details, please refer to the product page). This warranty does not apply to non-quality issues. - Contact information
